What the owner says ..."I am really disappointed to be leaving this wonderful apartment due to having to relocate areas for work purposes. Briar Vale is a fantastic area to live, it is quiet, well maintained, near high performing schools and very private. I will miss my daily walk to the Metro station which is only 10 - 15 minutes away. My apartment gave me the feeling of security and privacy. The view from the Juliet Balcony is unobstructed and I never felt overlooked. The location of the kitchen window gives great views across the field's giving an open and country feel with beautiful sunsets. This has been a great location for family and friends to stay and easily access the coast. We would regularly walk down to the sea front which takes only 35 - 40 minutes, however regular bus and Metro services to town and the coast are a 10 minute walk away. The dedicated parking space and the availability of visitor parking have been ideal. I will really miss living here, but enhanced work...
