What the owner says ...."We have lived in Bourne Ave for 33 years and have enjoyed bringing up our family in this quiet neighbourhood. We have extended the house to make it a spacious family home and feel it is time to move into something a bit smaller now our children have grown up.We are a very sociable family and have spent many hours over the years in the beautiful garden and large breakfasting kitchen. The studio at the bottom of the garden is a creative get-away for the artistic members of the family enabling them to follow their many interests and keep the mess out of the house!
