What the owner says ...."We have lived in Bourne Ave for 33 years and have enjoyed bringing up our family in this quiet neighbourhood. We have extended the house to make it a spacious family home and feel it is time to move into something a bit smaller now our children have grown up.We are a very sociable family and have spent many hours over the years in the beautiful garden and large breakfasting kitchen. We are keen walkers and often enjoyed the 20 minute walk into town, though the bus service is frequent. We have loved living in Bourne Ave as we can easily drive to the coast or into Northumberland very quickly. We hope that our house of 33 years can become a wonderful home for another family.
