Virtual Viewings: Q&A
11 Jan 2021
Here at Jan Forster Estates we want to ensure that we are providing a safe & secure space, while continuing to deliver an excellent service to our customers. Following recent Government advice we are actively encouraging the public to initially access our video tours where possible, in order to reduce physical viewings.
Q. HOW CONFIDENT ARE JAN FORSTER ESTATES THAT A VIDEO TOUR WILL HELP PUSH A SALE FORWARD?
A: Since the increasing concern surrounding the Coronavirus, focus is definitely shifting to digital. Video Tours are a reliable way to assess whether a property meets a client's requirements, without the need for an initial face-to-face viewing! They offer a better perspective of the property, before clients advance to book a physical viewing.
Q. HOW LONG SHOULD THE VIDEO BE FOR VIRTUAL VIEWING?
A: The length of each video will partly depend on the size of the property. Generally, if sharing on social channels we recommend no more than 2-3 minutes, as viewers are less likely to continue watching after a minute or so.
Q. HOW WILL JAN FORSTER ESTATES KEEP POTENTIAL BUYERS 'HOT' ON A PROPERTY, POST VIRTUAL VIEWING?
A: We will deal with customers virtually as we would normally – communication is key and the very best form of customer service! We will also continue to offer additional information and photos of the property. We promise to ensure the needs of all sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants are understood, now more than ever!
Remember, some people need to move home despite the limitations of Covid-19 and so are relying on properties like yours to hit the market!
