Update for Tenants Regarding Covid-19

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 virus, we are monitoring very closely the government guidance and will assess tenants rental payments from those affected by loss of income on a case by case basis.

As such, there is no government guidance on payment holidays or freezing of mortgage payments for landlords who have mortgages to pay as they have done in other countries however, should this change and tenants do find themselves in a situation which is out of their control, then this may well be reviewed.

We will also no longer be handling cash in an effort to minimise infection - all tenant holding deposits/redness MUST be paid by card, bank transfer or standing order.
