The role
Due to continued expansion across our network of branches we currently have a vacancy for a full-time Sales and Marketing Consultant to further strengthen our team.
The successful candidate will play a key role within the branches therefore it is essential that you are able to organise and manage your time effectively to maximise your potential within the role.
Responsibilities
Main duties will include generating valuations, attending valuations, securing listings, selling marketing packages, liaising with clients both face to face and by telephone, financial and legal referrals and other general admin tasks as appropriate to the role.
Skills and experience
You will be a highly motivated and target driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills, committed to delivering the highest standards of customer service. Experience in a similar role or a minimum of two years within the property industry is essential. Applicants must have a full clean driving licence
